Taste of freedom

TED TALKS since long when I started searching for answers that my parents, teachers and books cannot provide have been my diplomatic teacher.. and I specifically say DIPLOMATIC..

They make me think, wonder and aspire. After these 3 exercise together I am pretty sure any human would either end up being more confused or satisfied of seeing such a motivating piece, same happens with me and I just hope with many others too.

TED TALKS make me sure of one thing so far that everyone has atleast one such idea worth spreading to millions. We just need know our own topics or idea.

In a recent TED TALK by ELIF SHAFAK she told:

" And I think for writers, readers and for storytellers, at the end of the day, there is one main homeland, and it's called "Storyland." And the taste of that word is the taste of freedom."

As much I have read ELIF'S work I know her choice of words are not such which makes her work free flow or lucid but they undeniably leave impact and you will find yourself reading same line again for atleast 2 - 3 times provided you are a good reader.

What she said above is as simple but deep as it seems. I am sure that books and stories whether you write or read does give you a sense of FREEDOM. Freedom of imagination - an escape from ordinary.

And when you read any thing novels, biographies, non-fiction etc. You take yourself as the protagonist or the narrator and imagine and feel the same things written.. yet no reader takes it the same way for feels same when the writer wrote it.. such a beauty of pluralism..

It gives us freedom of not only imagination but from social clutters and tribalism we see all around. You start believing in magic, love, importance of your virtues, speaking for yourself, doing right against odds, observing small things, self love and above all the creator god and numerous faith in him.
